The
Immersion Retreat is a two to four day retreat led by Klesis Ministries
for individuals who want to learn how to hear the Lord's voice.
The purpose of the retreat is to develop the ability to listen
to the Holy Spirit through the Scriptures, the "still, small
voice" in the heart, and in the events and routines of ordinary
life. Through listening prayer, spiritual direction, dialogue,
reflection, and deep reading of the Scriptures, it is our hope
that the retreatant will grow toward deeper communion with Jesus.
The program is structured to provide time alone with God to listen,
and time with Kit and/or Tricia McDermott to work through what
the Lord has said. The retreatant is taught how to be attentive
to Jesus' presence through the Holy Spirit so as to grow in loving
relationship with Him.
